What happens inside
You translate vague tickets into test conditions, oracles, and evidence trails. Sessions mix short lectures with pair exercises on charter wording, heuristics, and lightweight reporting that stakeholders actually read. We stay tool-agnostic on purpose so the habits stick in Jira, Notion, or your existing stack.
Included cadence
- ↗ Charter templates tuned for regression-heavy teams

- ↗ Peer review slots on your own tickets

Straight answers
Do I need coding experience?
No. We stay in spreadsheets, documents, and discussion. This course is for people who run manual cycles today.
What is not included?
We do not configure CI tools or install automation libraries. That work lives in the Playwright track.
Can my employer sponsor a team block?
Yes. We invoice in KRW and can add a lightweight NDA rider for materials you bring.
Participant notes
“The Traceability Studio templates made our triage notes readable overnight. Still rough on edge-case wording, but the mentor comments on my charter drafts were blunt and useful.”
“I liked how week two forced us to rank risks with numbers—not vibes. The public bug teardown felt uncomfortable in a good way.”
