2. Services Described
Glimmer Ignite Education Studio, operating as Glimmer Ignite, located at 147-8, Gwanghwal-myeon, Gimje-si, Jeollabuk-do, Republic of Korea. provides professional education experiences related to software quality assurance. Descriptions on this site are informational. Enrollment happens only after a separate written or electronic agreement detailing cohort dates and fees.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must supply accurate registration details. You may not share credentials. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, plagiarism, or attempts to disrupt classes.
4. Intellectual Property
Course materials, exercises, branding, and site content remain our property or our licensors’ property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or mining materials for competing programs is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not introduce malware, scrape the site at rates that impair service, attempt unauthorized access, or use class channels to spam participants. Recording live sessions requires explicit facilitator permission.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or instruction. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid cohort is limited to the fees you paid for that cohort.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may grant you rights elsewhere.
8. Termination and Changes
We may modify these terms with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted. We may terminate access for breach. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property and liability limits.
