2. Eligibility Window
Full refunds available within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment if cohort resources have not been accessed beyond the welcome module. Access defined as downloading secure materials or attending live sessions.
3. Partial Refunds
After the window, partial credit may be offered if illness or employer relocation prevents continuation—decisions are case-by-case and documented in writing.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party exam vouchers, already-consumed mentor reviews, or bespoke datasets prepared under NDA are generally non-refundable once delivered.
5. Process
Email compliance@glimmer-ignite.digital with enrollment ID, reason, and banking details for wire reversal where applicable. We confirm receipt within five business days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds return via original payment path within fourteen business days unless your bank adds delays.
7. Korean Consumer Context
Nothing here waives mandatory rights under the Korean Framework Act on Consumers or related regulations. Where conflict arises, mandatory provisions prevail.
8. Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a cohort, you choose a refund or transfer. Force-majeure events follow the enrollment agreement’s specific clause.
